To me, leadership means the right to live freely. The right to make one’s own decisions is truly leadership. Supporting the truth is in itself a quality of leadership. The art of judging ‘Truth’ and ‘False’ is also a leadership in itself. Overcoming your weaknesses and learning from your mistakes is leadership in itself. Nature has endowed a woman with love, affection and respect for the feelings of others. Leadership is all about moving forward with empathy, compassion, love and understanding of others’ problems.
