Leadership is the ability to lead and guide a team, motivating and inspiring individuals to get them to where they need to be. Leadership means to me is who gets others to see the vision, can grab the opportunities. Leadership is the combination of strategy and hard work. A leader is not always the first to have an idea, but should be the one who is always seeking out new situations. A leader to me does not need to always know the answer, but believes it to be important to have the initiative to make an answer appear. A good leader is one who empowers others and has unique qualities.
