‘WHAT DOES LEADERSHIP MEAN TO ME?’
Ms. amita sharma

I strongly believe that good leaders are made, and not born. If you have the desire and willpower, you can become an effective leader. Good leaders are developed through a never ending process of self-study, education, training, and strong will power to do something better than others.

A leader is not always the first to have an idea, but should be the one who is always seeking out new solutions. One way of being a productive leader is discovering new ways to accomplish a set of tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. I feel when we have passion for anything, we lead in that area. If we talk about our great leaders like Mahatma Gandhi and Lala Lajpat Rai, then their passion and love for their country made them the leaders. Their passion gave them  energy to inspire and motivate others.

A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way”
