Held every 2 years, during this 4-day Conference, all participants compete in various competitions (Declamation – Hindi and English; On-the-Spot Painting; Solo Dance; Group Dance; One-Act Play), based on the ideals of United Nations and moral values.  A Peace March, Swacch School Drive, Life Skills Workshop, and places of interest in Phillaur (Maharaja Ranjit Singh Fort, Hanuman Mandir, Parle-G Factory), provide all participants with a holistic experience that they shall cherish throughout their life.  The 59th General Conference and All-India Schools Festival was held from October 3-6, 2019 at DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur, Punjab.

We were featured almost daily from September 30, 2019 to October 9, 2019 in various newspapers in Punjabi, Hindi and English.  Here is a video on the various clippings!

Special Activity for Teachers!

All teachers were split into groups of 4 to participate in a jingle-making competition.  They had to make a USO jingle and the results were truly fantastic!  Each group chose their team name, and the team with the most likes won the competition!  Congratulations to team: ‘Shantidoot’ (social media vote), and team ‘Abhilasha’ (USO vote for the ‘Best USO Jingle’!)
