Each step is designed to be simple, impactful, and well-supported, helping your school become a vibrant part of the USO network.
STEP 1: Setting Up Your USO Club

An Overview of Our Programs
Art For Change

We are excited to introduce the ‘Art For Change’ series — a dynamic initiative designed to harness the transformative power of art to inspire positive social and environmental change through a variety of competitions. Through this platform, we aim to motivate and empower school students across the country to become catalysts for change by creatively expressing their views on critical environmental issues. At USO, we firmly believe that art can break barriers, ignite conversations, and drive real-world solutions. By encouraging young minds to explore artistic expression, we nurture a spirit of empathy, innovation, and activism, helping to build a brighter, more inclusive future.
Beyond Boundaries
This vibrant series for special schools offers a dynamic platform for specially-abled students to participate in creative competitions such as drawing, painting, cartooning, recipe-making, dance, and more. These activities not only highlight their artistic talents but also address important community and global issues. Through their participation, students collaborate and channel their creativity to inspire meaningful change.
This initiative encourages students to think beyond conventional boundaries, using art, dance, and culinary skills as powerful tools for advocacy and awareness. It celebrates their unique voices and nurtures an environment where creativity serves a greater purpose, motivating peers and communities to act. Together, let us celebrate the limitless potential of these young changemakers!

General Conferences

At USO, we organize national-level seminars and conferences to raise awareness about critical global issues like climate change, sustainable development, and technology. These events provide a platform for students and educators to engage in meaningful discussions, explore real-world solutions, and collaborate through interactive workshops, keynote sessions, and panel discussions. Participants also benefit from valuable networking opportunities, connecting with peers, experts, and leaders. Through these experiences, students develop leadership skills, broaden their perspectives, and are inspired to act responsibly. Our initiatives aim to empower young minds to think globally and become proactive agents of change. Together, we are nurturing the changemakers of tomorrow.
Inter Schools Fest
Our one-day inter-school fest gathers schools from the host city and nearby areas for a lively and enriching event. The fest offers a range of competitions, featuring individual activities like Painting and Speech, along with group performances such as Dance and Drama. Alongside these events, a one-day Science Fair runs throughout, providing students an opportunity to present and celebrate their scientific innovations.
Each year, the fest is centered around a theme inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), combining creativity and awareness to deliver a meaningful and memorable experience for all participants.

Upon completion, schools are awarded certificates and commendations to celebrate the achievements of our talented students.
As we mark our 74th year, we remain committed to building on our legacy of fostering a culture of learning, growth, and success, helping students prepare for the challenges and victories that lie ahead in their educational paths. We invite every school to join us in our mission to nurture academic excellence and empower the leaders of tomorrow!
